Eligibility Criteria for KFUPM Scholarship 2026
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Hold a recognized Bachelor’s degree (for MS applicants) or a Master’s degree (for PhD)
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0 or equivalent
- Demonstrate English proficiency through one of the following:
- IELTS: 6.0+
- TOEFL iBT: 70+
- Duolingo English Test: 105+ (accepted and affordable test option)
Note: English test requirements are waived for KFUPM graduates and applicants from native English-speaking countries.
- Submit two academic recommendation letters
- Pay a non-refundable processing fee of SAR 100 + VAT
