Humphrey Fellowship Program (Eligibility Criteria)
To apply for the Humphrey Fellowship, you must:

Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

Have a minimum of 5 years of full-time, professional experience

Possess limited or no prior U.S. experience

Show demonstrated leadership qualities

Have a proven record of public service

Be proficient in English (some participants may receive pre-academic language training)
