About the Fellowship
Launched in 2014 with just 10 participants, the Bridge Fellowship has grown steadily, reaching 150 fellows in 2024. In 2025, the program is expanding significantly, welcoming 500 undergraduate students into the fellowship. This one-year, partially funded program begins with a residential leadership bootcamp scheduled between July and August, followed by a structured, year-long leadership journey.
