Sydney International Undergraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship (What the Scholarship Covers)

Winners of the Sydney International Undergraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship will receive:

• 100% tuition fee coverage for the full duration of their undergraduate degree (up to four years of full-time study, including embedded honours programs).

• Coverage of the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF).

Important Notes:

While the scholarship covers tuition and SSAF, it does not include:

• Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC),

• Accommodation and living expenses,

• Travel and relocation costs,

• Course materials and textbooks,

• Any expenses related to students under 18 years old.

Scholarship recipients are responsible for covering all additional costs not included in the award.

Sydney International Undergraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship (Eligibility Requirements)

To qualify for this fully funded undergraduate scholarship at the University of Sydney, applicants must:

• Be classified as an international student under the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

• Have applied for admission to a full-time, single undergraduate coursework degree (with a maximum duration of four years) at the University of Sydney.

• Have not yet commenced university studies at the time of scholarship award.

• Have completed secondary education or a recognized foundation program, either in Australia or through an approved University of Sydney partner.

• Not have undertaken any prior tertiary education, except for extension studies completed as part of a Year 12 program.

• Not be applying for a second undergraduate degree at the University of Sydney.

• Be eligible to enrol full-time in the chosen undergraduate program.

Ineligible Programs:

The scholarship does not apply to the following:

• Combined undergraduate/postgraduate degrees,

• Bachelor of Arts (Dual Degree with Sciences Po, France),

• Bachelor of Economics (Dual Degree with Sciences Po, France),

• Degrees including the Bachelor of Advanced Studies.

3. Only successful candidates will be notified and offered the scholarship.
