Whenever you’re ready to sign out of your iCloud account, here’s what you should do.
1. Launch the Settings application.
2. Select your name from the drop-down menu at the top.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the next screen and select “Sign Out” from the dropdown menu.
4. Select “Sign Out of iCloud” from the menu bar.
You can sign out of iCloud directly from the screen that displays your Apple ID.
The Sign Out button will be displayed a second time before you are completely signed out.
Now that your iPhone has been reset, it is ready to be used to sign into a new iCloud account.

A popup will appear when you first turn on your new iPhone and ask for your Apple ID. If you have a free iCloud account, you will need to provide an email address and password.
If you don’t already have one, you may set one up straight on your phone by following the instructions.
Follow these steps if you want to sign into a new or different iCloud account from your iPhone.
1. Navigate to the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Select [the name of your iPhone] from the Sign In menu.
When prompted, enter the Apple ID and password that you want to use for the application.
3. Login with your Apple ID credentials.
Your Apple ID serves a variety of functions, including granting you access to iTunes and App Stores. You will automatically have access to both iCloud and the stores as soon as you check in to your account.
Apple’s iTunes and App Store require a separate sign-in account.
If you choose, you can use a different sign-in for iCloud as well as for iTunes and App Store purchases if you so desire.
1. Return to the Settings menu after you have signed into iCloud.
2. Click on your name.
3. Scroll down and select iTunes & App Store from the drop-down menu.
4. Enter your Apple ID password.
5. On the screen that appears, select Sign Out to exit the program. You will be signed out of the system instantly. When you are presented with the choice, select “Sign Out.”
6. Select Sign In from the drop-down menu.
Enter your Apple ID and password in the pop-up window that appears. This will be used to access iTunes and App Stores.
As a result, your phone as a whole will remain enrolled into one iCloud account, while the iTunes and App Stores will remain signed into separate iCloud accounts.
Apple users will see that their iCloud account is linked to their Apple ID. So, if you’ve made the decision to abandon iCloud and erase your account entirely, you can do so – Apple actually makes the procedure very simple, especially when compared to what other businesses, such as Facebook, have done in the past to discourage you from doing so.
The steps to delete or deactivate your iCloud account are as follows:
1. Delete or deactivate your Apple ID. Obtain access to the Apple account page and sign in to the account that you wish to erase from the system.
2. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page. Decide if you want to deactivate your account or completely remove it at this point.
If you merely wish to cancel your account, simply click on the blue hyperlink that says “Request to deactivate your account” and follow the on-screen procedures, which will be similar to those listed below.
Keep in mind that deactivating your account rather than deleting it retains access to your data and services, but it also allows you to reactivate at any point without losing any purchases or previous activity on the account.
Additionally, while prospective Apple Care appointments will still be cancelled when you deactivate, open cases will not be closed as a result of the deactivation.
3. If you still want to delete your account, click the blue hyperlink that says “Request to delete your account” and follow the on-screen instructions.
“Request to remove your account” should be selected if you are certain that you wish to delete your account.
4. Follow the steps outlined by Apple to delete your account: Ensure that you have a trustworthy backup of all of your information and data, then sign out of all of the devices that are signed into with this particular Apple ID before continuing.
Make sure to check all of the subscriptions that have been associated with this Apple ID and that you are comfortable with them being canceled as a result of this action. If not, make certain that they are transferred to another account.
Choose the cause for deletion from the drop-down menu, then click “Continue.”
Take a look at Apple’s list of items to verify before removing something, then choose your reason for deleting something and click “Continue.”
To complete the deletion procedure, follow the rest of the on-screen instructions that appear.
