She was born and raised in Ojota, Lagos State on July 22, 1977, in Nigeria’s southwestern region.

Doris Simeon finished both her primary and senior school education at Ojota, Lagos State, in Nigeria’s southwestern region, earning both her First School Leaving Certificate and her West African Senior School Certificate.

Doris Simeon attended PEFTI Film Institute at Ajao Estate, Isolo, Lagos State, Nigeria, after finishing her primary and secondary school education. She finished with a Diploma in Production Management.
