Budapest Metropolitan University Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
General Requirements:
- Open to students from all countries
- English proficiency: Minimum C1 level
- High academic performance in previous studies
- Must be applying for a full-time undergraduate or master’s degree at METU
- Cannot be a current METU student pursuing a second degree
For Undergraduate Applicants:
- High school GPA of at least 80%
- SAT score of 1280/1600 (if applicable)
- IB score of 6/7
- Cambridge IGCSE: Minimum 2 A levels or 4 AS levels
- Excellent performance in the Skype interview
- If a Math test is required, a minimum score of 80% is needed
- For Art and Design programs, a portfolio score of at least 30/35
For Master’s Applicants:
- Bachelor’s GPA of at least 80%
- If applicable, a First-Class Honors Degree
- Strong performance in the Skype interview
- Portfolio score of at least 30/35 (for Art and Design programs)
- Final scholarship decisions will be made by METU’s Admission Committee
