Hasselt University 2025 Scholarships Eligibility Criteria

The Master Mind Scholarship is open to outstanding students who meet the following requirements:

• Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0
• English Proficiency:
• IELTS: Overall band score of 7.0
• TOEFL: Minimum total score of 94
•  CAE: C1 level
•  Online IELTS & TOEFL tests are accepted
• Not currently enrolled at a Flemish institution (except for preparatory programs)
• All nationalities except Russian citizens are eligible
• No scholarship stacking: Cannot be combined with Erasmus Mundus or other Flemish government scholarship
