QuestBridge Scholarship (Eligibility Criteria)
U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or U.S.-based high school student
High academic achievement (primarily A’s in challenging courses such as Honors, AP, or IB)
SAT or PSAT scores above 1310
ACT composite score above 28
Ranked in the top 5-10% of their graduating class
Strong writing skills and intellectual curiosity demonstrated in essays and recommendations
Note: These are general guidelines; all applicants are reviewed holistically.
QuestBridge Scholarship (How to Apply)
Complete the National College Match online application, including two essays and short-answer questions.
Submit two letters of recommendation from teachers in core academic subjects.
Provide a Secondary School Report from your high school counselor.
Submit your high school transcript and any standardized test scores (SAT/ACT recommended).
After September 30, rank up to 12 partner colleges in order of preference.
In October, selected finalists will be notified and will submit additional college-specific materials.
Final matches and scholarship awards will be announced in December.
If you are not selected as a finalist, you can apply through QuestBridge Regular Decision without application fees.
