Université Paris-Saclay Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
Who Can Apply?
- Must be admitted to a master’s program at Université Paris-Saclay.
- Must be enrolled in one of the university’s partner institutions, including:
AgroParisTech, CentraleSupélec, ENS Paris-Saclay, INSTN-CEA, IOGS, UVSQ, UEVE, Paris-Sud University. - Must be an international student who meets one of the following conditions:
- Newly arrived international students under 30 years old.
- Students who have been in France for less than a year for non-degree programs (e.g., internships, language courses).
- Students who studied in France under an exchange program (e.g., Erasmus) but did not earn a degree.
Who is NOT Eligible?
- Students already enrolled in a French higher education institution.
- Those who paused their studies for more than two consecutive years.
- Students receiving another scholarship exceeding €650 per month.
Université Paris-Saclay Scholarships Application Process
Follow these steps to apply for the Université Paris-Saclay Scholarship:
- Apply for a Master’s Program
- Submit an application for a master’s degree at Université Paris-Saclay.
- Apply via the official university portal.

- Only selected candidates will receive an email with the scholarship application link.
3. Submit Two Academic References
- Candidates must provide two recommendation letters from academic referees (e.g., professors, internship supervisors).
- Referees will receive an email request to submit their recommendations.
4. Complete the Scholarship Application
- Ensure that both recommendation letters are submitted before the deadline.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
