BIC Africa Acceleration Programme Details

The BIC Africa Acceleration Programme seeks established women entrepreneurs who are eager to expand their businesses and explore international markets. The programme is designed to support businesswomen across different sectors and industries, offering them structured guidance and resources to enhance their entrepreneurial journey.
The programme consists of online training modules, group coaching, individual assignments, and networking opportunities with women entrepreneurs and experts from both Africa and Europe. Additionally, select participants will receive one-on-one mentoring to further develop their businesses.

BIC Africa Acceleration Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the BIC Africa Acceleration Programme 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a woman aged 18 or above and the founder/owner of an established business with an operational team and growth potential.
• Be available between April and July 2025 to participate in the programme for a maximum of 2 hours per week in online sessions, plus additional time for assignments and self-reflection.
• Own a registered business that has been operational for at least one year and is ready to scale.
• Be committed to fully engaging in the Acceleration Programme and contributing to its future growth.
• Have reliable internet access for online sessions.
• Possess a good working knowledge of the English language.

BIC Africa Acceleration Programme Benefits

• Business Awards: Outstanding participants may receive additional support, visibility on the BIC Africa website, and invitations to BIC Africa events.

BIC Africa Acceleration Programme Schedule

The programme includes:

• Six Online Interactive Training Modules: Covering topics such as Mission, Unique Value Proposition, Business Model, Team & Partnerships, Finance, and Marketing.
• Four Group Coaching Sessions: Covering leadership, financial management, storytelling, and time management.
• Two Networking Sessions: One at the beginning and another at the end of the programme.
• Access to Support Materials: Participants will receive documents, recorded sessions, and integration into the BIC Africa Community.
